DIY Redness Relief Mask

Here is another mask recipe that targets redness! Green smoothies help reduce inflammation on the inside of your body, so they can help reduce redness on the outside as well!
Here is the recipe:
- 1 TBS of green powder (blue-green algae, spirulina, or any green powder mix)
- 1 tsp. sweet almond oil
- 1/4 of a tsp of Real Salt
- 1 drop of your favorite essential oil (I would recommend tea tree or fennel)
- Add water or liquid aloe vera if needed.
- Leave on 40 min.
It ain't easy being green :)
P.S. It's no surprise that Real Salt is one of the ingredients in this mask. We use it in all our scrubs and healing sprays for its phenomenal healing power. Including.. reducing redness!
