1. Use a humidifier

This is especially important for people in dry or winter climates. Healthy skin thrives when it's properly moisturized. If the room you're in for hours on end every night is dry, your skin will dry out, too! 

2. Get an eye mask or blackout curtains

Our bodies circadian rhythms are governed by light. The darker your sleeping area, the more able your body will be to achieve deep and restful sleep. And while we're on the topic, it's best to avoid cell-phone use for at least 30 minutes before bed. The harsh blue light from the screen can prevent you from falling asleep. 

3. Sleep with a silk pillowcase
