It’s been a while since I posted. And we’re hopefully getting the new site up soon! But I read this article last summer, and I can’t get it out of my head! I used to drink kombucha for years and always felt so bloated afterwards. Since this article, I’ve had maybe two kombuchas in 8 months. I rarely crave it. And I do feel less bloated and healthier.
This article isn’t meant to make anyone feel bad or feel like they are being judged. I’m just trying to help women with hormonal acne that feel like they’ve eaten healthier and are still getting lots of acne. Especially since the fluoride is stored in the ovaries.
I unfortunately had to have my ovaries removed last year. I hope my drinking kombucha didn’t unknowingly make the problem worse.
